The Section on Taxation held its 50th Annual Tax Law Conference online Thursday, March 5 – Friday, March 6, 2026.
This reimagined virtual conference offered two full days of timely updates and practical insights from leading tax law experts – all from the comfort of participants’ desks. That year’s program examined the rapidly evolving tax landscape, from federal enforcement priorities and penalty litigation to state, local, and international developments. Attendees gained valuable perspectives on legislative and regulatory changes shaping global trade, digital services, and energy taxation, as well as the future of tax practice.
